Ryu in his chibi version!

It doesn't have all the moves for the current beta so that's why it's considered a W.I.P. character

It's missing:
- Special (fireball)
- Down+Special
- Aerial Attacks
- Dash
- Block
- Roll



He's also a great guide for creating SpriteSheet based Characters Cheesy

lol dont bother making ken. i want to try. sweet character.

[edit] found some bugs you may not have found. when moving he somtimes keeps
 using the moving animation but is stuck until he is hit.
i dont know if you know this but just thought it should be said

I don't know if you notice but you can constantly uppercut him for a 34 hit combo and defeat him so you might wanna fix that other than that its reall good.

The uppercut/volley chances will probably be removed for the next release due to this and other issues.
